No it is not normal: You should not be passing a gestational sac. If you are passing something that looks like a gestational sac you need to check with your doctor. You should not be able to get pregnant but ,depending on the details of your tubal ligation, it is possible. Over all, statics show a 1 in 400 failure rate for tubals. The rate is highest for those done at the time of C-section.
