Depends: Various congenital genetic conditions, acquired causes (e.g. birth trauma, nutritional deficiency, infections) as well as neurodegenerative disorders can lead to problems with coronation, such as Friedreich's ataxia, DiGeorge's syndrome, cerebral palsy, vitamin B12, B6, B1, B3 deficiencies, West disease, tuberous sclerosis, Werdnig-Hoffmann disease.
