Early loss: I think the first thing to do is take a deep breath. If there is no fetal heartbeat and you have already started bleeding you can simply let nature take its course and spontaneously pass the pregnancy. If you so desire you can also have the pregnancy removed surgically with a D and C. The decision is yours to be made with the help of your physician.
