Can nausea be a symptom of cancer or does it only happen once you start treatment?

Nonspecific: Nausea is a very nonspecific symptom. It can be a sign of some cancers but more commonly it can be a sign of problems with stomach related to too much acid, ulcers, and infection. But so many other things can cause it too, anxiety, hormonal issues, and the list goes on. Be reassured that cancer is usually far from things that I first worry about when a patient presents with nausea.
