Concerned: This is concerning because of you symptoms for the last 4 weeks. These could be symptoms of an early pregnancy and the bleeding could be a threatened miscarriage or these could be symptoms of a pelvic infection. Of course, unrelated illnesses can cause these symptoms and your cycle can be effected just because you are sick. Check with your doctor to be sure. Best wishes
