Dosing prob: I think you meant "Xarelto" which is a blood thinner and should have no effect on BP. You must take atenolol regularly; if you miss a dose, you can get a rebound effect until the dosing is resumed to steady state. Also, you could be under-dosed; the only way to know is to check your heart rate (which should be around 60 BPM if dosed correctly) when your BP is "all over"
