Possible: Spotty bleeding does not rule out pregnancy. Do a home test if your period is abnormal and you are concerned.

Unlikely: If you are having a period at the usual time and are just a couple of days early, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. If you are nervous, you can see your doc for a blood test to be sure.
