Possible: Bearing down with labor stretches EVERYTHING in our pelvis. We also start to pay much more attention to how everything "down there" in our perineum looks as we change during pregnancy. Sometimes we never even knew what/where our urethra was! It gets swollen, bruised, and beat up with a vaginal delivery, like everything else there.
