?hormonal changes: There has been reported cases of hormonal fluctuations causing skin color changes, even on the nipples. At times, this can be seen in pregnancy too. Have a check up at your Dr.'s office if they stay white. If breast feeding, thrush in the baby to the nipple,....may cause your nipples to look white too. Best wishes.
