Is knee pain a symptom of hiv

Unlikely unless it: has depressed your immune system by having been infected leading to AIDS allowing for a secondary knee infection to occur causing pain, swelling, warmth, redness and fever.

Not really: If you only have knee pain, it is very unlikely to be related to hiv. Go see a Doctor for an evaluation.
