Not likely: Hymens will not regrow. You are not likely to have bleeding while having sex if your hymen is not intact.

Can't say for sure.: Most females have perforations in the hymen by the time they menstruate - otherwise period blood wouldn't have a way to exit the body. One may or may not bleed with vaginal penetration.
