Possible: If you are talking about a labial frenectomy in order to close the diastema or gap in your front teeth and keep it permanent. Yes, the dentist or surgeon can still do the procedure with the braces on and a powerchain. If access is a problem the wire and power chain can be removed during the procedure and then replaced when done.

Bad idea: Severe sepsis is extremely hard on your body. The American Red Cross, I believe would not allow you to give blood under these circumstances. I would wait for awhile and give your body a chance to recover. If you still want to donate blood in 2 months then go ahead. the ARC wants healthy blood in order to help other patients get better.

Neurological: Any hiccups that are persistent can be a sign of neurological problems and can be very serious. I would continue to follow up to find the source as this can be dangerous if ignored, if not extremely annoying.
