Yes: There are many reasons for your symptoms in early pregnancy but the one that is most concerning is a possible ectopic pregnancy--if you have not had an ultrasound yet then you should go to the ER now because an ectopic pregnancy can be life-threatening. An ectopic pregnancy is when the baby grows outside of the womb and usually in the tube and this can lead to severe internal bleeding.
