Can be normal: Cramping and headaches throughout a pregnancy can be normal. If there is a concern of a serious problem with any pregnancy, it should be addressed with the obstetrician/family doctor. Worrisome signs during pregnancy can be severe abdominal pain or bleeding with cramping. All the best!
