Bladder infection?: You may have a bladder infection extending down the tube to the outer world, called the urethra -- it is located just where you describe. Sometimes such discomfort is from sex. I recommend you get checked for a bladder infection or STD, and if negative, consider abstaining from sex for a few days, and soak in a hot bath tub. Good luck!

Need to be examined: Unfortunately, you need to see a MD to find out if this is a vulvo-vaginal infection, urinary tract infection, or a growth in that area that is causing the irritation.
