Grief: I am sorry for your loss.If you are stuck- than working through your grief can be important. Consider working with a grief counselor, your pastor or with people who are close and caring. This loss has impacted you physically, emotionally and spiritually. So healing needs to address all three areas. Take care.

Support: First you must realize you are not alone in the hurt you are experiencing and this is easier to realize if you can join a support group with others who have experienced a miscarriage. Please inquire with your OB/gyn or primary care provider's office for information or go to one of the many online resources available. Remember to take it one day at a time.

Talking to others: It's normal to feel empty and lost after experiencing a miscarriage. Time and talking to others who understand your loss will be helpful. Support groups can be on-line, or your OB-GYN or hospital can recommend a local group. It is important to take care of your physical body as well, with adequate sleep, nutrition, and exercise, even if it feels like just going through the motions at first.
