Varied: Outer ear: 1) pain - moving the ear causes pain 2) drainage 3) usually decreased hearing; middle ear: 1) pain 2) fever 3) usually no draiange unless perforated ear drum 4) decrease hearing; inner ear 1) dizziness 2) +/- hearing loss - usually not.

No: Ear infections can present with just ear pain, fever, vomiting, tugging on the ears or throat pain or any combination of the above.
