Exercising: Yes, your muscles will develop if you do this many push ups and other exercises. You probably noticed that weight lifters need to do more than push ups to get very strong- they lift heavy weights and look at their nutrition closely. If you are as dedicated as you say, you will probably notice some changes in a couple weeks. Good luck
