Try to be calm: I know it's easier said then done, but remember even stress can be difficult on a pregnancy. Just try to live healthy, minimize bad habits, and keep up regular follow up with your OB/GYN. Take heart in knowing that many people have miscarriages and later on have pregnancies without issue. If you are really worried, there are many support groups out there that you may find helpful!
