Get checked: You need to be sure you don't have an infection or hormonal imbalance causing your discharge. Sometimes your cycles will change when you exercise a lot and this may cause spotting or discharge. See your doctor and get checked to be sure. Good luck!

Not unusual: It is not unusual for woment to spot during or after work-out, particularly if it is close to your period. It is nothing to worry about. Just increased muscle contractions and blood flow to all parts of your body, including uterus, and causes some leakage. If it becomes painful, odorous, or a significant amount, then see your doctor for an exam
