Zero. Read on...: An egg (oocyte) can be fertilized for at most 24 hours after ovulation, more likely 10-12 hours. This assumes you know 100% certain when you ovulated, which unless it was timed with ultrasound you do not. IN other words, you may be able to conceive up to 2-3 days after "symptoms," BBT, or even OPK because they do not detect actual ovulation. Good luck.
