Last winter, everyday i woke up with feet pain that lasts minutes or days. it only happens when i stay one night without heaters. what can i do?

Stay warm.: It seems that the cold really bothers your feet, so pile on the warm socks during winter, even when you are sleeping. another good wy to keep feet warm at night when you dont have heat is to use a hot water bottle or two under the covers down near your feet. Give the simple things a try. if you have other problems in addition see a Dr. if possible. Good luck!

Get pulses checked: not necessarily unusual, but you may want to see doctor to get pulses in feet checked. something called Raynauds phenomenon. small blood vessels in feet in hands narrow more when exposed to cold. main arteries may be an issue too, but less likely.
