Possible pimple: Some people can get pimples or folliculitis in the genital area. This happens a lot if a woman is shaving the hair. The base of the hair follicle gets infected with bacteria from the skin and causes pimples in the genital area. It is not dangerous but if it gets worse or if it keeps coming back then I would go see a physician.

Inclusion cyst: What you are describing sounds like an inclusion cyst. They are very common and occur when skin cells get trapped below the surface of the skin. If it is now red and sore I suggest you see your doctor because it could be infected and you may need treatment with antibiotics or further drainage.
