Sounds like: A pustule - as in like a white head. They can occur for any number of reasons, like a clogged pore, gland or follicle!. I would keep an eye on this and just focus on keeping the area clean. This is a sensitive area so warm compresses probably will be tough - we sometimes use them to help make sure things drain well. Just make sure it's improving if not see your doctor! Best of luck.

See details: Sounds like you had a pustule that is now inflamed. Without seeing how it looked originally, I can't tell you what it might have been. It could be bacterial or viral such as herpes. If it is significantly swollen and painful, you may have an infection requiring antibiotics. See your GYN if it is not improving.

Sebaceous cyst?: It sounds like a sebaceous cyst, which is completely harmless. If your symptom does not resolve in a week or two, see a gynecologist.

Abscess: Sounds like a vulval abscess which you popped. You need to see your family physician for a swab and to identify what organism and medicine will be appropriat to treat.
