Should be okay: Sometimes after an embryo transfer women can have some cramping and a heat pack is just fine. Good luck!!!

Should be fine: Your body has a great ability to control your internal temperature and it is incredibly unlikely that you could have made any significant impact on your uterine temperature.

Should be alright.: A heat pack transfers energy rather superficially, that is, only to the first layer of tissues. The embryo is well protected from anything like a heat pack to the back by many layers of muscles, fasciae, bones, bowels, and so forth. Other forms of energy (such as therapeutic ultrasound) can penetrate into the deeper tissues, and these are not recommended for use during pregnancy.
