Probably not related: An ovarian cyst should not have that effect when you go to the bathroom unless there is something unusual about it such as an endometrioma. In addition, the cyst would have to be affecting the actual intestines itself. If not, your problem is most likely related to your intestines and not the cyst. I would suggest you make an appointment with a gastroenterologist.
