6 dpo and i have been having on and off abdominal cramping, back pain and nausea. i also have discharge with no bleeding. could i be pregnant?

They are very sensitive and turn positive extremely early in pregnancy but not reliably until 2-3 weeks after sex. If you still wonder, repeat in one-two weeks later and your answer will be as sure as is possible without going to see MD.
