Having dryness of the vagina. what can i do?

Estrogen cream: Hi, Estrogen cream has been successful in combating vaginal dryness. The two main ones on the market are Premarin (conjugated estrogens) cream and Estrace. Premarin (conjugated estrogens) is made from horse urine and Estrace is made from mexican yams, (really). The urologists I know prefer Estrace, it has less skin irritation. Good luck.
