How nervous should i be? someone was in my house with poison ivy and now i feel like it's everywhere. not sure if they had on there clothes or shoe

Unlikely to be worry: Poison ivy is caused by a resin from the plant sticking to the skin and creating a contact dermatitis. Once the skin has been washed, there is not much chance the resin will rub off on other things.

Dont be: if you get a rash then it can be treated--no need for worry because it is very easy to treat.

No worries.: It is an oil. You could avoid places they have been or clean with gloves on. Poison ivy is uncomfortable and unpleasant, but rarely fatal. Chances are you won't get it unless you touched an area with oil.
