Needs to be seen: One would worry with any redness or pain at tick bite site about Lyme disease which requires antibiotics. I don't quite understand why you would have a TB vaccine behind or near the knee . Also what is meant by active tbe area . If you have a reaction to the vaccine either need to be addressed by an MD as Lyme is very serious Potentially
