Heart Palpitations: Eventhough, you have anxiety and your age is only 21 years and significant heart disease doesn't go with that I would still give you the benefit of the doubt and you should have a work up just to make sure there are no other underlying problems such as Thyroid problem, Arrhythmias also make sure your Electrolytes and Blood number are all OK. Full medical evaluation will give you peace of mind.

Heart palpitations: It's so common to have heart palpitations, everyone has them. They do not cause damage. Sometimes we feel them, sometimes we don't. They are more important when we are monitoring people who are suffering ongoing heart disease. If you have had a normal heart exam and EKG to evaluate this, you're probably going to be fine.
