Cramps: Unfortunately, more information is needed. May be gastritis, pancreatitis or a gallbladder issue. Do you have any fever or chills. Does the pain come on after or before a meal. Have you had any blood in the stool or vomited blood. If the pains is persistent, call your doctor.

So many things: Honestly, this is extremely difficult to answer because those symptoms can be caused by so many different conditions and issues that it would be next to impossible to list all of them here.Particularly without being able to examine you,have more history/information, and having some labs done.I highly suggest you see your/a Primary Care Provider to help you figure out what's going on.
