Moisturizing lotion: Are there any rashes? Your child needs to do allergy test to see if your doctor can figure out what she is allergic to. Has any blood test being done to rule out other causes of itching? See your doctor to determine the cause. A moisturizing lotion will take care of itching caused by dry skin.
