In general yes: As far as I am aware, latex-based paints are relatively safe to use while pregnant. However, I would discuss this with your OB-GYN to make certain.

Probably not: Generally speaking, paint of any kind contains vapors and fumes which for anybody is not good to be exposed to. Most good advice out there will tell women to avoid exposure to paint during pregnancy because of the possible effects. There probably will not be any hard evidence because the risk to pregnant women in a study would not be ethical. Even if someone else paints, avoid fume exposure.

Yes: Yes as long as it is not lead based (which has been pretty much eliminated) and your work area is well ventilated.
