ADHD: Conventional symptoms include forgetfulness and excessive daydreaming, as well as an inability to sit still, or constant fidgeting. Some more adult specific symptoms might include trouble with organization, traffic accidents, marital trouble, distractibility, trouble listening to others, restlessness, lateness, anger, trouble relaxing, trouble prioritizing and trouble starting tasks.

Same as childhood: Adults usually have a history of ADHD as a child. Adult ADHD can be acquired due to a concussion or brain injury or from brain infection. The symptoms would be the same as in children, short attention span, easy distractibility, distractibility and difficulty sustaining focus on tasks.
