Eating too much: Binge eating is really eating too much when you are not hungry. It often follows times of stress of many kinds. Oftentimes binge eating involves eating one type oh food, usually one not good for you like ice cream, or cookies or chips, etcand the problem is that you might want to stop eating after a reasonable portion but you just can't.
