Lymph node: It's certainly possible but that doesn't mean that it is in your particular case. Have a dentist diagnose and treat your dental problems, especially infections right away. See your physician to rule out any other medical causes. You might have a swelling that is not a lymph node or an enlarged node from other than a bacterial infection.
