Relative....: People who have allergies to shellfish or fish have a relative contraindication to taking fish oil supplements and they should proceed with caution when considering taking them.

Caution: Hi, there is a possibility that you would develop allergic reaction to fish oil, fish oil contains some Iodine, you might want to try Omega-3 instead. Fish oil is relative contraindicated one people with Iodine allergy.
