Options for acne: Consider seeing a dermatologist if it gets worse. When being treated for acne, it's important to be patient & during initial stage of treatment, acne may seem to be worse before it gets better. Other options include vitamin A derivative topical meds, short course of oral antibiotics, & systemic vitamin A derivative (reserved for the most severe case). Besides meds, keep skin clean & avoid makeup

Surfaz: The problem with surfaz is it is triple action product. It has an anti bacterial, anti fungal and anti inflammatory in it. Therefore, it is impossible to be sure what you are treating.
