Depends: If you are still feeling like the room is spinning 3 hours after you posted, and it is constant, go to the ER. If the spinning still happens only when you turn your head, it is more likely to be a problem with your inner ear. Please call your Doc, primary or OB/GYN for the next best step. Never drive when you are dizzy! If no one can drive you and it is still there, call 911. Get help walking.
