Sinus infection: Sounds like you might have a sinus problem. Pressure in the forehead (right or left) or in cheeks, that is worse when bending over, is often seen with sinus infection or congestion. There are other causes. If steam, fluids, blowing your nose helps the pain, then it is even more likely. Spicy tea, spicy foods, or just hot drinks & soups can help promote nasal drainage, too.
