Paxil (paroxetine): Which SSRI to use is largely up to an individual doctors experience with a patients symptoms, side effects and experience with the drug.Sometimes insurance company formularies restrict us as to which medications we can use, sometimes medications are limited by the patients ability to pay.Fortunately in todays world their are many SSRI's that have similar effects on symptoms, Paxil (paroxetine) included.
