How long on antibiot: Not unusual to remain symptomatic for up to couple of days after starting antibiotics. However should not last longer. Check 2C if urine culture was done to identify causative bacteria + antibiotic sensitivities. Because your UTI could be due to resistant organism. In which case U would need to switch antibiotics. Need to get urine culture with sensitivities it it wasn't done before
