If the breasts have a milky discharge, this may signal a change in hormones and an increase in prolactin, which also can be a sign of pregnancy. If you had unprotected intercourse, you could be pregnant or this could be an irregular cycle. Get a pregnancy test to FIND OUT if you are pregnant.
