Ibuprofen: The biggest side effect of ibuprofen is stomach irritation. Be sure to to take the ibuprofen with food. Other than that, it is safe to take 8 ills a month for menstrual cramps.

Could be: Dangerous especially at high doses and with prolonged use. It could affect your kidneys and or liver. Ck with your doctor.
