Chills: These symptoms of chills and possible fever suggest infection. Do you have any local symptoms such as cough, sore throat, ear ache, sinus pain, urinary symptoms or abdominal symptoms. Do you have headache or stiff neck? Do you have joint pains? Symptoms suggest infection.

May have fever: please heck your temperature with a thromometer, Tylenol (acetaminophen) may help if you have fever

Infection?: You probably have an infection of some kind. Take Advil (ibuprofen) for aching and fever, drink plenty of fluids. If fever and chills continue tomorrow, or you get other symptoms such as headache or vomiting, go to ER. Good luck!
