Blood Pressure: Your arm blood pressure values are normal. Your leg blood pressures are 20-25 mm Hg higher in the systolic reading. This may reflect the size of the BP cuff. The leg measurement typically requires a larger BP cuff than is ordinarily used for an arm BP measurement. If the cuff is a bit too small for the limb, then the BP reading will register higher. I recommend you get a THIGH cuff reading.

May be: Slight variations in BPs & pulses between & among upper & lower extremities are normal. Congenital heart diseases (COA, PDA, VSD, Turner's etc) are associated with significant difference in SBP & pulses between upper & lower extremities. DBP usually remains same. Your difference in SBP are borderline high. Consider repeat measurement and evaluation by a FP/internist.
