Unlikely: It would be unlikely to become pregnant but certainly possible to get a sexually transmitted disease orally or vaginally. Be careful and use protection!

No: to get pregnant, the sperm must have direct contact with your egg and the mouth does not produce sperm. However, if he had ejaculated then touched his organ with his fingers which were later inserted into you , then there may be a slight chance for you to get pregnant. Swallowing semen does not cause pregnancy.

Unlikely & possible: Sperm can be very determined however saliva would not be their favorite place to swim since it contains enzymes that can damage them. Youre mouth is also pretty efficient at washing out leftovers so that it wouldn't take long to remove most of the semen. The risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases from the activity you describe however is very high. Use protection even during oral sex.
