Unlikely pregnant: It would be unusual to get pregnant by having sex the day before your period if you typically have regular monthly periods. Your symptoms of pain and fatigue are unlikely to be related to unprotected sex. Please always use birth control and condoms to protect against pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

Pregnancy unlikely: Normally do you have a regular or regular menstruation? If menstruation is regular, it is very unlikely a pregnancy. Do you have any other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fever, dysuria, back pain or vaginal discharge? If so, its worthwhile to check a urine for STD's. If your menstruation irregular then do a pregnancy test with first void early morning urine 7 to 10 days after unprotected sex.
