GC: Most commonly a thin discharge with a bad odor but not all women have a discharge. Vaginal irritation. Discomfort with urination (dysuria). Mild lower abdominal pain. Painful intercourse. Sometimes bleeding/spotting in between periods.

Initially: you may have no symptoms or a slight increase of discharge late gonorrhea might lead to PID or other pelvic infections... your male partner may have a painful drip.. seek an exam with your doc if you think you have been exposed
